Your Score: True Bay Area Native

You scored 17!

16-18 correct - You're a true Bay Area native - and you even got some of the EXTRA CREDIT questions! Impressive. Feel free to look down on Los Angeles with pride. (You probably already do.)

In case any of you haven't heard about this yet

While I don't generally believe that violence is the answer, I think that you can only take abuse for so long before you crack. Whether you think that what these kids did was justified or wrong, they had clearly been backed into that corner for too long and when words fall on deaf ears sometimes stronger actions are required.

ouch

Somehow, in the 30 minutes that I was at the antiques fair in Alameda, and the 30 minutes that I was hanging with the baby in the backyard, I managed to get pretty sunburned.

My shoulders which I'd burned the previous weekend while camping, had started to burn first, so I quickly covered them up, but my chest and the back of my neck, (stupid lack of hair cover), got very pink. silly me.

I'm not going to think it's so funny when I get skin cancer.

At least my face didn't get burned. I was only wearing a light spf15 on my face, but that seemed to be enough protection.

My hair has grown too long and woolly. Gone is that chic little do that can be up did and undone at a moment's notice. In it's place is enough hair for like 3 people.

Also, I need makeup and clothes and... well I neeed a top to bottom,(which is way less weirdly sexual than it sounds here). I'm so a candidate for what not to wear right now it's not even funny.

Maybe when I lose my 10% I'll treat myself to a spa makeover thingy.

I really need my eyebrows professionally done. The one time I had them done, it was at a beauty school right before my wedding and they really didn't do a good job so I'm leary of trying again. I want magnificently groomed, pointy, arched beauties. Anyone have any suggestions?

You are Justice

Equity, rightness, probity, executive; triumph of the observing side in law.

Justice is about cold, objective balance through reason or natural force. You can't keep smoking and drinking without consequences to your health. It is the card that advises cutting out waste and insists that you make adjustments, do whatever is necessary to bring things back into balance, physically, emotionally, socially, spiritually. It is a card of balance and harmony; if there is imbalance, the correction may
require recourse to the law.

What Tarot Card are You?

That was one hell of a move. From 8am until almost 1pm, though I wasn't done till almost 4pm.

Clearly our friends are rockstars.

I can't say enough how blessed we are with such truly awesome, generous people in our lives. Pizza and beer really aren't enough.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! You all deserve standing ovations.

Yes, we're in, the other place is empty... and now we have only to find a place for all of our crap.

Hello Friends and people of earth,

The Cheerios are moving again, (Whee!), and we're once again calling on you fine people to assist.

We're moving on the morning of Saturday, December 3rd. We need to have everything moved out of our apartment by 12:00pm, which means that we need to start at around 8am or 9am. We know that not everyone is willing to get up that early and we completely understand, but if you are able and willing, there will be beer and pizza in it for you. and not to mention the promise of returned moving help in the future.

Also: Because I'm now in the middling stages of pregnancy, I'm not quite as able to bend and lift as I used to be, which is making packing really difficult. I'm wondering if any of you would be willing to help out with an hour or so of packing sometime this week. I would buy you dinner and shower you with hugs and kisses in return.

Please let me know if you'll be able to assist.

Thanks and Love,
m. cheerio

Leave one memory of you and me together. It doesn't matter if I know you a little, a lot, or at all, anything you remember or don't remember! Have fun.

[Optional meme bit: Next, post this in your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you.]

Do you know what day it is?

It's my Birthday.

Aren't you going to wish me a happy birthday?

Aren't you going to sing happy birthday to me?

We're gonna have a party. a party party party.

was up at 5am. this is retarded. end of story

got to work in time to wait around since the person who was supposed to be here to open the doors was late.

now we're in and the computer system is down, so we're all waiting around.

meh.

however, the one bright spot on this drippy morning is that some angel came in and made coffee first thing, so I guess I shall soon cease to be such a crab.
